Huh? 'On or after 29 Aug 2010'?
That means what? Only those who ORD on or after 29 August 2010
will get the first payout? 
yupz. looks like they are giving the finger to those of us who
have already ORDed and also those who don't have
reservist.
I can understand about the studies part (but they need to make
it earlier than 2010 for those that are still studying) as if you
have already completed your studies, why do you still need the
money to pay for your studies. But the reservist thing is
nonsense.
